As I vaguely remember we already discussed in Karlsruhe, this
is already working.  In fact, BRLTTY can even switch between
different display models and transport modes (serial, usb, bluettoth)
if the user has that configured, without restarting the daemon.

Cut and paste is already working, but currently only available
from braille display keys.  So this item is a nobrainer once we have
keyboard input implemented.

So, now I really gotta hit the sack.
