You need to run brltty in a latin2 czech locale, i.e.

LANG=cs_cz brltty -t cz etc.

Dave, didn't we want to have a "charset" command in brltty braille tables?

BTW, the list first refused my post because I sent the mail from
@labri.fr. Is the list really subscriber-only?
