[BRLTTY] brlapi_readKey() if no tty mode

Hi.

If I call brlapi_readKey with the wait argument before I called enterTtyMode,
the call seems to enter a infinite loop.  I guess there
is no way to break out of this, right?  If not, could we
catch it in the client library, and return an error code instead
of not returning from the call at all?
