[BRLTTY] BRLTTY and 2.6.24 kernel

Hi all again!
Is someone using BRLTTY under Linux 2.6.24?
I'm doing so - all works well except cursor routing.
I noted that brltty is VERY slow in moving my cursor around the screen.
I can observe this on various machines and I red carefully my .config file to 
see if I made some mistake in configuring some important things (i.e. the 
scheduler options).
I haven't found nothing interesting.
Aniway I don't believe this to be a BRLTTY trouble, but I ask here just to see 
if someone knowing more than me about Linux in general can help.
