[BRLTTY] speech with brltty

Not sure if I replied earlier. But I turned auto speak on.
So now how do I tell it to use festival or speech dispatcher?
And what else do I need to do to make it speak?
I would really like to get this working so I don't need to patch a kernel 
for speech...
