[BRLTTY] locating speech dispatcher rpm

I have been trying to install brltty onto an enterprise linux system.

I can compile it just fine from the 3.8 tarball, but when I go to update orca, it needs brltty 3.7.2 or later inthe rpm database.

I downloaded brltty-3.8-1.i386.rpm, but it fails on dependency speechd.

Is there a speech dispatcher rpm somewhere? I haven't been able to locate one.
