[BRLTTY] Brltty, braillelite and cygwin

Would it help to mention that the brlapi key is in c:\cygwin\etc\brlapi.key? 
That's not the standard location when using the Windows brltty, but if 
there's some way to plug it into NVDA it might make a difference.

Note that none of the developers has said, "Maschmeyer, you're showing off 
your ignorance," which is correct, but they haven't said, "Maschmeyer you've 
got hold of a good idea there" either. What to think?

Here are some other brlapi files on my system:

$ find /c/cygwin -iname brlapi
/c/cygwin/lib/ocaml/brlapi
/c/cygwin/usr/src/brltty/Bindings/Java/classes/org/a11y/BrlAPI
/c/cygwin/usr/src/brltty/BrailleDrivers/BrlAPI

Adding "\*" to the search string returns many more.
