[BRLTTY] brltty windows version and braillenote

I invoked brltty as follow>
brltty -A auth=none -b bl -d serial:ttyS0

braillelite starts.
Then I loaded the python command line and wrote:
import brlapi
d=brlapi.Connection()

here the message error I get back:
