[BRLTTY] No keyboard echo when typing in brltty using SD (2nd update)

Hi,
things are getting stranger: When I change Speech-dispatcher's output
module from Espeak to Espeak-Generic, I get a typing echo - at least in
most cases: I set the punctuation to "some" in order to read more
fluency, and the typing echo behaves in the same way, e.g. it ommits the
chars I excluded.
But besides that I get a correct echo.
In addition I have to say that capital letters also are not announced.
Note: This all does not happen in SBL, and it was all right before that
dist-upgrade I did a few weeks ago.
