[BRLTTY] precision regarding brltty 4 doesn't compile: make stops...

OK Dave, appology for the freedom used in my reaction, I'll try to take care
about it but English isn't my natural language so appology if I use some
"grammatical short cuts"!
I was just trying to
say that it doesn't matter whichone of the versions should do the thing, as
long as it should.
