[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Low words followed by space hyphen space

Hi folks,

When a low word is followed by two hyphens it quite properly reverts
to its longer form - spelled out for words like his and was, less
contracted for words like enough and were. But when such a word is
followed by the alternate print form of expressing a dash - space
hyphen space - the low word is still used. This is improper.

"Be" had already been fixed. Here's a patch which should take care of
the others. The nonsense test string I used to verify these changes
is:

enough - nonsense in - his was - gone were - gone
