[BRLTTY] 4.0 odds and ends

Hi folks,

Dave asked if anything isn't working. I believe there's a contraction
patch that hasn't been applied: Lowword-space-hyphen.patch. Since I've
applied it to my builds I might be wrong but I don't think it's in the
distribution yet. I've been running with it since I submitted it and
haven't found any problems in my particular reading activities.

Yes, I just reverted Tables/en-us-g2.ctb and then applied the
patch. All went well, so it hasn't already been applied to the
distribution.
