[BRLTTY] Hibernation of teh breaille displays

Hello,

Does BRLTTY manage the hibernation of the braille displays?

I am testing a Braillex EL40SD (Papenmeier) and it starts hibernation
after 5 seconds.  But when it is not connected to BRLTTY, the braille
cells remain active with the message "braillex el! ..." during 5 minutes.
