[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Chalcedon, calcedony

Hi folks,

The words Chalcedon and similar (chalcedony, chalcedonies) and an
alternate spelling (calcedony) should use the e-d sign.

This patch also fixes the previously reported but not yet installed
Burlingame and d'you.

Here are examples of Chalcedon and chalcedony. After the braille are
