[BRLTTY] Command promt applikation under windows.

Hello!
I have a program here called testdisk made by cgsecurity.org.
Its opensource.
However there is a lot of problems using the applikation.
For example you should use the arrow keys to move in a list of disks.
However i would like to be able to track these invssible cursors with 
brltty.
Could this be done easely or does it requires programming?
