[BRLTTY] BRLTTY 4 under DOS

Hi Samuel,
OK, so I downloaded the new BRLTTY, but still no luck. BRLTTY seems to get started but nothing happens.
I edited the etc\brltty.conf file specifying my braille device and that it was connected to COM1.
I also set it to auto detect, but nothing happens.
