[BRLTTY] Putting brltty to sleep in windows.

Hi Lars!
No supernova does not have that feature.
However i have window eyes here so i can use that with brltty which seem 
to resolve the problem.
However i really do not understand that its not possible to creat a 
virtual com port.
I can but there are no drivers-).
