[BRLTTY] Putting brltty to sleep in windows.

Hi Anders and everyone,

For what it's worth (which probably isn't very much since it's
irrelevant to this thread):

I use brltty in Cygwin, so it's nearer the Unix version than the
Windows version. Once brltty is started in Cygwin it'll work in any
console window.

Whenever the active window is a graphical window, brltty automatically
goes to sleep. My screenreader is Jaws and I have to tell it to put
its braille to sleep whenever Cygwin is the first word in the window
title since Jaws uses that word to decide which configuration set to
load. This works quite well in XP with a serial braille display (Alva
abt340). In Vista, as of a couple years ago, I had to unplug my PAC
Mate display, switch tasks, and plug it in again every time I switched
between Windows and a console app. In both cases I had to force Cygwin
to put the word "Cygwin" as the first word of the window title, as
mentioned above. I do this with the $PROMPT_COMMAND variable.

There are various wrinkles to using brltty under Cygwin. If anybody's
interested just ask, though if it's on-list you probably want to start
a new thread.

Hope this helps somebody,
