[BRLTTY] Contraction errors and patch: Methodistical and friends

Hi all,

In words like contradistinction (currently done right) you can't use
the st sign because the base word is distinction and you use the dis
sign there. But in words like Methodist (also currently done right)
you do use the st. I've tried to straighten out some convolutions in
this stuff.

Aspidistra: I can't find any uses of this word among my Web-Braille
books so I don't know how the Library of Congress would
rule. Currently brltty does not use the st sign. I'm suggesting that
it should.

Methodistic: In brltty, although Methodist and Methodists use the st
sign, Methodistical doesn't. Though I can't find any examples of this
either, the inconsistency seems wrong and the patch fixes it.

Kurdistan: Here are some examples:

 _h travell$ "? ! un"kn "ps ( ,kurdi/an
 ,kurdi/an4 ,y c only see !m :5 x's v
 ,turke/an "? ,kurdi/an 6,iraq4 ,dr4
 ,ne/orians ( ,kurdi/an & o!r ,ea/}n

Prounion: Currently this uses the ou sign. It shouldn't. Here are
examples:

prounion twofold freedom *angea#
.ou _c 2 us$ 9 .prounion2 &! sign = .st
pro-union prounion
