[BRLTTY] USB brailledisplays with OpenBSD

Hello,

no I'm not sure. ;) but brltty does not detect the display with the
option !-d usb:".
When I connect the display dmesg tells me something with ftdi and I
think thats an adapter chip. So I think /cuaU2 should be the right
device.

I hope that I have time to compile a new version brltty in next time.
