[BRLTTY] Key binding for pwgen

Hi.

We have a new command since a few weeks, PWGEN.  It clears the clipboard
and puts a randomly generated (password-like) string into it.  You specify
the desired length of the password using a routing key as argument.

The Handy Tech and Papenmeier drivers do bind this command already.
If you are interested in having it in your driver, suggest a key binding
please.
