[BRLTTY] odd message from Brltty

I don't see where to tell Orca what device to use; all I see is an enable 
braille checkbox. Most of my time in linux is spent in the console where 
Brltty works beautifully, but I have decided I need to get more familiar 
with Orca and the gui.
