[BRLTTY] Android app?

Hello Dave,
i have set the language to english us, but it is th same problem. Normaly  
i use german "deutsch".
Can it be a problem with brailleback. I have installed brailleback, but it  
is dissabled.
I have tried to turn on the brltty keyboard, but it is the same message if  
i try to enable settings of brltty.
