No, not at all. The two applications don't interfere with one another (unless, 
of course, they're both running and trying to access the same braille device). 
You should actually be able to run both of them at the same time as long as 
each one is operating a different braille device. Another Android restriction 
is that only one of them can be selected to handle input entered from a braille 
device. Put another way, Android only allows one keyboard to be selected at a 
time - this has nothing to do with braille support.
