liblouis and brltty once were the same code, but later split.  The
liblouis table format is no longer exactly the same as the one in
brltty.  Since I dont have any use for liblouis really, and only use
inline contraction with brltty sometimes, its actually easier for me to
just maintain the brltty contraction table.  Its actually not a bad one
I think, I am covering quite some exceptional cases already.
