[BRLTTY] alva bc640 not workingoneither usb or bluetooth

Thanks for your help -- my problem with bluetooth is that it never
connects -- I always get connect error 38 function not implemented.
There is no bluetooth traffic at all -- I did an hcidump while this was
going on.
