[BRLTTY] Seika 40, keys not mapped

Which release of brltty were you using? WJere you using serial, USB, or 
Bluetooth? Were you using Linux or Windows?

I use Linux, Vinux distribution (based on 12.04 Ubuntu, brltty 4.5 rev 5477.
