[BRLTTY] Requesting a new, Python 3 release

Hey guys.

If you haven't already heard, GNOME 3.8 is going to be the release which
is Python 3 based. It's officially official. :)

In my testing thus far, brltty and brlapi from trunk are working
delightfully well with Orca master. But in order to get the distros to
pick it up downstream, a new stable release would be quite helpful.
Would this be possible in the near future?
