[BRLTTY] Version and protocol mismatch

also a new thing (?) has arrived:
brltty: unsupported keyboard mode: 4

I get this message after pressing any of the 8 dot keys, the joy up and 
down and some of the character cell keys.

still no sign of any movement on any of the cells

as real as a world may seem,
there is always another that fits the word "real" better when you wake up.
sometimes,
this might not be what you hoped to wake up to.
but nonetheless,
it is more "real".
