[BRLTTY] brltty not identifying usb devices - Drivers

Thanks. I used the usb.h link as you suggested. In the readMe, i think it
is a typo. The config file says it used libusb.   It compiled successfully
with the code from svn ( checked out in Aug).  I have used brltty.inf
from brltty-4.5.tar to create the  driver setup. But when running brltty it
give the following message. Also in the windows device driver it shows
"LibUS-Win32 device".

brltty.exe: loading library error 126: The specified module could not be
found.
*brltty.exe: cannot load braille driver: /lib/brltty/brlttybfs.dll*
brltty.exe: braille driver not loadable: fs
brltty.exe: braille driver not found
brltty.exe: Braille Display Dimensions: 1 row, 1 column
brltty.exe: regions: text=0.1 status=0.0

In the brltty/bin , i have  the following files
brlapi-0.6.dll  brltty-ctb.exe  brltty-trtxt.exe  brltty.exe
brltty-config   brltty-install  brltty-ttb.exe

And

in brltty/lib,  I have
brlapi.def  libbrlapi-0.6.0.dll.a  libbrlapi.a  libbrlapi.dll.a

no where i see brltty directory and brlttybfs.dll. Also there is no
brltty.dll


Can you please suggest.
