Orca does allow you to change to Grade 2 braille with the same key combination
on your display as is used by BRLTTY. I haven't tried it with a recent version
of Orca however.

I would suggest asking on the Orca list; people tend to be responsive there,
and the GNOME bug tracker is also useful.
