[BRLTTY] Brltty doesn't resume back after wakeup from suspend

Hi Dave,

I sending two log files.
The brltty-4.5.log file when I doed four suspend and resume cicles, both 
four test my braille display wakeup correctly.
In the brltty-5.0.log file when I doed four suspend and resume cicles, 
the second and fourth test cicle wakeup my braille display correct, 
except I only after a key press seeing the password dialog related 
braille text, because until I not press a key, BRLTTY showing the 
braille display the version number.
The old 4.5 release when my machine wakeup from suspend, I automaticaly 
seeing the braille display the password dialog related text (password 
edit box).

I think the 5.0 related log file the interesting part beginning after 
RESTARTBRL related line (line number is 815).
After the 852th line shows following interesting thing:

The BRLTTY 4.5 related log file I not see this type lines, newer 
restarted I think the braille driver and newer have initialization failures.

Hopefuly you help the log files to diagnose this issue.
