[BRLTTY] brltty-ctb appears to be broken

Dave asked if I override the contraction table. No. The simple command 
"brltty-ctb" fails. I also tried including 
the -c/etc/brltty/Contraction/en-us-g2.ctb command line switch but it didn't 
help. The executable for brltty-ctb was last changed after 5 PM today.
