[BRLTTY] brltty-ctb appears to be broken

By override, I meant in a local customization file like:

   /etc/xdg/brltty/en-us-g2.ctb
or
   $HOME/.config/brltty/en-us-g2.ctb

I'm guessing that the old path is still in one of those files.
