[BRLTTY] Windows libusb problem

Hello, Samuel end list!

I'd like to run the BRLTTY build for Windows, and use a Handy Tech Active
Braille display. The system is a 64 bit Windows 7. I get an error when I
try to install the brltty-libusb .inf file. The error is
something like: The installation method is unsupported for the selected
inf file. Is there a solution for this problem?
