[BRLTTY] Can Brltty output results to a text file in BRF format

Kevin,

I'm not sure this is what you want, but you can use the brltty-ctb command 
to translate a text file, including the output of "lynx -dump" or similar, 
into grade 2 format. It can optionally reformat lines so they're all as full 
as possible except the last line of each paragraph.
