[BRLTTY] Crashes when switching language profiles

I was not. I've got an alias for restarting brltty, that'll now write the pid to
a file, if brltty was still running.

I've set that for the shell from where brltty is run.

No, the complete brltty seems to be gone, I don't get any braille / speech
feedback anymore.

The crashes are not frequent enough to really experiment a lot. I could of
course switch profiles over and over again, what I am now going to do anyway
while reading emails, but it is not a guarantee that brltty will crash. I come
back to you as soon as I have gathered more information. By the way, should I
enable logging as well?
