Just to make sure: make sure to use a recent enough version of libvte: a
bug was fixed there in versions 0.42.1 and later.

Doesn't brlty drop it?  It'll probably be hard to convince VTE
maintainers to change the behavior if it has been so since the beginning.

I'll have a look at the other bugs later.
