[BRLTTY] still cannot compile brltty brltty on Mac 10.11 El Capitan

I do have a /usr/include path. Did you just let the app store install the command-tools package or did you also run from terminal:

xcode-select --install

Which then prompts you to install. Do not choose "get xcode" if that comes up.

Also, I think you must be using autocorrection in your typing and you may want to turn it off. Brltty gets changed to bratty by autocorrection. I really don't think brltty is intentionally being bratty - grin!
