[BRLTTY] 5.3 soon

I'm considering releasing brltty-5.3 some time in the middle of November. Would 
each of you please try using the latest development code so that any remaining 
problems can be corrected before the release?

There's a new feature that some of you may wish to try out. It's especially for 
those who no longer have a PC speaker. While setting brltty's Tune Device to 
PCM allows you to hear brltty's alert tunes, you may still be missing hearing 
the good old cnsole bell (beep) when you accidentally arrow too far, etc. With 
this new feature, go into brltty's Preferences Menu, and then into the Event 
Alerts submenu. If you turn on Console Bell Alert, you should start hearing the 
old, familiar, console bell alert out of your speakers.
