The plan is to release 5.5 very soon. We, too, of course, would like to see all 
of your devices supported. If there's any specific release date that you need 
us to meet then please let us know.

since you're referring to Narrator, I guess you're referring to a Windows 
feature. I myself am not a Windows user, so I may well be remiss in not knowing 
about something important within that environment. What is it that we need to 
do to ensure that 5.5 is in whatever release of whichever feature you're 
referring to?

I'm right now in the process of seeing what needs to be done to successfully 
build 5.5 on Windows. That shouldn't take very long, so I should be able to 
provide you with a precompiled binary soon. Which variant do you need? .exe or 
.zip? libusb or libusb-1.0?
