[BRLTTY] centos 7 with varioultra

Hello

I have a virtual machine  with virtualbox. My VM running centos 7.I would like use brltty in this `virtual machine. The braille display is a varioultra. 
I compiled the latest commit from github. When I launch brltty I have errors messages. 
See attached the log file for more information.
