[BRLTTY] Alva Satellite pro on Windows 7 64-bits with NVDA

Hello,

I would like to use my Alva Satellite Brail display with NVDA, so with
BRLTTY.
Because I am on a 64-bits system, I didn't installed the Alva native
driver which is for 32-bits Windows.

But it seems only 4.0 releases works, and only with the libusbWin32, not
with the 1.0 one.
I would prefer to run the last version than one outdated since some months.

I am not sure to fully understand the difference about the two drivers,
but it seems only one works anyway. Does someone has experienced it and
has a solution or an explanation please?

And about the version, is NVDA not compatible with 5.x serie?
I'm aware this point might be discussed on NVDA lists rather than here,
but I am not sure if it is because of NVDA or my brail display/system
configuration.

My apologies if it has been already discussed here, I searched but
didn't find anything enough to help me answering these questions.

Thanks and best regards,
