[BRLTTY] brltty and/or linux on a chrome book

I Chrome OS supports braille readers just try it and see what to do next.
I use CentOS, both 6 and 7, on different laptops with brltty without any
problem. So, if it does not work the way you want it you can always
decide to upgrade to Linux.
