Go to brltty.app and click on Documentation. On that page, find the heading
"The BRLTTY Reference Manual" and then the subheading "English". There, you acn
click on HTML to look at it on the web or on Text to download a single-file
copy.

At the start of the Documenation page are links to a lot of newer information
that isn't necessarily up-to-date in the manual, so you may want to have a look
through that as well.
