[BRLTTY] Handy Tech Braille Star not supported

Hi

I have got a new Handy Tech display that identifies itself as "BRAILLE Start 80
Ver. F4.31". However, it is not recognised by BRLTTY, probably because it
identifies itself as a generic USB device:

Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT232 Serial (UART) IC

Is this easy to fix (i.e. just adding the ID to a list) and if so, would it be
possible to provide a patch for this, please?
