[BRLTTY] Brltty 6 and Centos 7

Hi Keith,
I only have espeak and espeak-devel installed, no espeak-ng-devel.
And the same goes for libvoxin-devel, I have NOT installed it.
Stil I'm wokring with brltty-6.0 right now.
