Detected Focus 40: cells=40, firmware=5.81-51

They certainly don't make it easy, but I found a manual describing a
Focus 40 with a micro USB port (the 5th gen has a USB C port) and it
makes no mention of NavRow keys, so my guess would be they weren't
present on the 4th generation. The original Blue with the NavRow keys
had a mini-USB type B, so we're definitely looking at an intermediate
revision.
