[BRLTTY] Android: switching windows

This issue came up a long time ago (maybe a year and a half or so), and has
finally been implemented. It was when a user was having problems navigating
when using the Pure Writer application.

If you upgrade to the latest apk you can now switch to a specific screen
window. It's done via the global action mechanism, as follows:

   F11: switch back to the active window
   F12: switch to the previous window
   F13: switch to the next window

The window's title is briefly displayed when switching to it.

Please give this a try and let me know how to improve it.
