[BRLTTY] building for android with latest sdk tools

Hi all
Building brltty for android gives me this error :

 *Invalid or unsupported command "update project --path .*

and the official site only has the latest command line tools for android
development. is it possible to make build files compatible with the latest
sdk tools?
